Check in at Hacienda Combia is from 3:00 pm - Check out is until 1:00 pm

What is the Hacienda's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

For early arrivals we inform that if the room is available, delivery will be made without additional charge; If the room is not ready yet, people can wait on the hotel premises until the room is available for delivery.

For late departures, it must be requested at reception and according to the projected occupancy, late check out is granted or not.

What is the minimum age to register at Hacienda Combia?

The rooms are sold and registered for adults. Minors must always be accompanied by their parents or, failing that, by a responsible adult who proves parental permission to travel with the minor.

What payment methods does Hacienda Combia offer on the website or upon arrival?

We handle payment by credit card through our website, or through the payment link, or with a dataphone directly at the hotel reception. We also handle bank transfer and consignment or cash payment.

What is the cancellation policy of the Hacienda?

The cancellation of individual reservations for low season must be requested in writing to the email reservas@combia.com.co, at least 24 hours before the arrival of the guest, otherwise the value of the first night of accommodation will be charged.

The cancellation of individual reservations for high season must be requested in writing to the email reservas@combia.com.co, at least 48 hours before the arrival of the guest, otherwise the value of the first night of accommodation will be charged.

The cancellation of reservations for groups must be made a maximum of 15 days prior to the arrival of the group, whether for high or low season. It must be reported to the email reservas@combia.com.co. Otherwise, the value of the first night of accommodation will be charged.

What is the smoking policy at Hacienda Combia?

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. You can smoke in open spaces where people do not pass.

Does the Hacienda allow pets?

Small pets are allowed with the following recommendations:

It is requested to inform during the reservation that they bring a pet to be able to make the recommendations of the case. If the person makes the reservation and does not inform that they bring a pet, the hotel will use their right of non-admission.

The pet must always be accompanied by its owner and be walked with a collar and leash, therefore it cannot be loose without supervision in the hotel facilities.

If the pet owners are going to visit a tourist attraction, they must take the pet with them and it cannot be left alone in the room without a companion.

The poop of the pet must be collected and given proper final disposal.

It is requested to bring a crate or bed so that pets do not get on the hotel beds.

We have three free parking spaces for our guests and visitors.

Does the Hacienda Combia offer a day trip?

We handle day pass with prior reservation. This includes use of the pool and wet area from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm The restrictions contemplated in our biosafety protocol apply.
